Coldwater Flats

I personally do not live here, however I consider this my community. My responsibility to my community is to help promote healthy living spaces for our children and peers. This apartment complex has always been in management crisis and changes management more often than I’d like to admit. This is the worst I’ve ever seen it. This management has been reported to be negligent on groundskeep and maintenance to the property and property units. We are all aware that keeping the maintenance of property inside and outside is important to ensure rodents and pests are kept from living spaces. These rodents and pest are not only unsanitary but very hard to control and eliminate once infested. They make sure they come for that tent regardless of their responsibility to their residents. I hope with some attention to their neglect to the neighborhood they correct their behavior and tend to their families living on theirs property.

Let me say i love my apartment over all but there are things that need to be worked on when we pay rent and see trash and the grass not cut that makes your residence looks bad when you have ask for maintenance to fix all the repairs and clean the hallaway and carpet in the hallway and it takes a long time or dont get it done is sad for the amount of money we pay. As a company when a person move out the unit everything that is attached to that unit should be cleaned including the storage unit that I can’t even used and i been here for a year . As a current resident that doesn’t feel safe cause the main door to the apartment locks are broke and have not been fix and it been about seven months on top of that waitin on screens for the windows for a year is unbelievable and unacceptable office staff is over all nice but this complex needs alot of attention and a better repair and fixing things around here . The parking lot need to be fix to but some of the things here us as residents can help maintain our community

This place in all reality doesn't even deserve one star. My boyfriend and I lived here for a year and it was terrible!! The office never answers their phones, the lady upfront is super rude, the apartments climate control is horrible it says cold in the winter and hot in the summer, the neighbors are rude, the community is trashed, AND there are so many shootings in the complex. In the year of living there we had at least 3-4 shots a month. They don't have any lights in certain parking lots which makes them pitch black at night. There was never enough parking for all the residents and their rent is stupid expensive for what you get. All together this place is horrible and we will never rent from here again

My new apartment is everything I could ask for. The inside is completely remodeled from top to bottom. New carpet, floor, appliances, and fresh paint! Their staff is friendly and responded quickly to all my questions before move in. I applied and was in my new home within 10 days. They are friendly and personable to my circumstances. I recommend 10/10!

My boyfriend and I moved into a two bedroom apartment here in early June 2020, and we love it! We were so impressed with the pictures we saw online that we decided we wanted to go on a tour. One of the ladies that works in the front office, Heather, took her time with us and was willing to meet us on a Saturday afternoon to give us a walk through. She answered any questions we had and seemed just as excited about the renovations as we were. The application process and the move-in process was made so easy for us. Heather sent us a broken down list of how much everything would cost each month, which we really appreciated. When we first walked into our apartment we could tell that they took their time cleaning and getting everything ready for us to move in. They even left a little care package for us that had a few bottles of water, a roll of paper towels, a few washcloths, and even a gift for our dog. There have been a few maintenance issues, which is to be expected when the entire apartment complex is going through huge renovations, but they have the kindest maintenance team that gets out to you very quickly. We are very excited to see the completion of the renovations that they have started which includes a workout facility, pool, and a new dog park. We have been informed that these specific renovations will not be ready until Summer 2021. Overall, I would definitely recommend Coldwater Flats to anyone looking for a new apartment. They have exceeded all of our expectations and made moving to the area as easy as they can.
